Just a month after Kampala Standard Primary School proudly brought international honor to Uganda after winning a prestigious global award as the Best Primary School, in young Engineers category, it has again shocked Kampala City dwellers by emerging among the top best schools in 2025 PLE results that were released on Friday. Out of 45 candidates, 43 (or 96%) came in grade 1 and only 02 (or 4%) in second grade. No other candidate came in another grade.
This remarkable achievement that underscores the school’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
The excellent performance follows the award that particularly recognizes the school’s outstanding performance in STEM mentorship, where learners are nurtured in science, technology, engineering and mathematics from an early age.

This global recognition and the excellent performance in the 2025 PLE results follow a consistent trend where KSP has for the last 4 years been among the two 5 schools in Kampala and in 2024 KCCA awarded Kampala standard nursery and primary school Kyanja for its stern performance a KCCA celebrated KSP for emerging the 3rd best in PLE results.
