She is going to be made a minister and a former minister from the Eastern region is going to be made SG and this announcement is coming sooner than many people think,” confidently said a reliable political intelligence source close to the President. The source doubted if any of the officials Lumumba has been serving with (e.g. Tanga Odoi, Rose Namayanja, Keneth Omona & Richard Todwong) is going to survive. They are all going to be replaced.
