Over the past few months, the Kyabazinga’s absence from public events led to a flurry of rumors and concerns among the Busoga populace, with the situation escalating when First Deputy Prime Minister, and the Woman Member of Parliament (MP) for Kamuli District Rebecca Alitwalw Kadaga alleged that the “Kyabazingaship was overthrown,” further fueling uncertainty about the Kingdom’s leadership.
