Social media reports, mostly orchestrated by Leonard Egesa, created an impression that the much accused Kibuli SS head teacher Hajji Ali Mugaga was a carrier. In making his case calling for Mugaga indictment, social media bully Leonard Egesa accused Mugaga of sexually harassing his female students and thereby infecting them. He urged parents with netballing children at Kibuli SS to immediately test their HIV status and if found to be still negative, counsel them to tread carefully or at best take them to another school. He also called on the Ministry of Education to remedially intervene by transferring Hajji Mugaga to a boys’ only school where he won’t be able to commit any pervasive sexual transgressions. However, the leaked medical report we have exclusively obtained shows that Hajji Mugaga is HIV-Aids free and not infected or positive as Egesa had implied.
