KCB Bank Uganda is set to be a key participant at the highly anticipated Uganda Real Estate & Housing Expo 2025, taking place from September 26th  to 29th at Kati Kati Grounds in Lugogo, Kampala. The bank’s presence at the expo, which is themed “Resilient by Design, Affordable by Intent: Shaping the Future of Real Estate,” emphasizes its adherence to revolutionizing the property landscape and making homeownership an achievable dream for more Ugandans.

KCB Bank Uganda will offer the public an opportunity to engage directly with financial experts, get on-the-spot consultations, and begin their journey to owning property. The bank’s team will be facilitating the opening of new accounts, providing detailed insights into their diverse mortgage offerings, and guiding prospective homeowners through the application process.

“The Uganda Real Estate & Housing Expo provides the perfect platform for us to connect with Ugandans who are actively seeking solutions for land and homeownership,” said Isac Mukiibi, the Ag. Head of Marketing and Communications at KCB Bank Uganda. “We believe that homeownership should not be a distant dream but a tangible reality. Our participation speaks to our dedication of creating innovative and accessible financial solutions that empower individuals and families to build their legacy.”

KCB Bank Uganda offers a comprehensive suite of products designed to meet a variety of real estate needs, including home purchase mortgage, construction and building mortgage, home improvement loans, and equity release, among others. These products are underpinned by flexible repayment terms and competitive interest rates, making them an attractive option for both salaried and business professionals.

The bank’s strategic approach to expanding homeownership is further strengthened by its recent partnerships with prominent real estate developers, including Reportage Properties, Universal Multipurpose Enterprises, Comfort Homes, Fakhruddin Properties, RGV Limited, Pearl Marina, Bakaima Investments, Mega Park Uganda Limited, and Jokas Construction Limited. These collaborations are designed to bridge the gap between financing and quality, affordable housing projects, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for the customer.

Isac Mukiibi, Mortgage Relationship Manager at KCB Bank Uganda highlighted, “Our partnerships with developers like Bakaima and Reportage are crucial to our mission.” “We are offering both loans and integrated solutions. By working with trusted developers, we can provide our clients with a curated selection of verified properties that meet our quality standards, and more importantly, their aspirations. This collaborative model simplifies the entire process, from finding the right property to securing the best financing, ultimately empowering our clients to make informed decisions.”

Visitors to the KCB Bank booth will have the chance to learn more about these partnerships and the exclusive benefits they offer. The bank’s presence at the expo highlights its role as a key enabler of economic growth and a trusted partner in the journey to property ownership in Uganda.
