Ben Sebuguzi was very famous during the JPAM 2015-2016 political wars against President Museveni and his assistants like Gen Kale Kayihura, Henry Tumukunde and others.
Under then Poor Youths Supreme leader Adam Luzindana’s guidance and supervision, Sebuguzi occasioned a lot of social media damage to the Museveni camp.
Many considered him well informed ever making well researched arguments. After elections, the JPAM camp went in disarray and Sebuguzi, who witnessed his EALA dream go up in flames, sunk into political oblivion. Since then many have been wondering where he disappeared to.
Well we a few days ago saw him miserably board a taxi back home in the evening and this prompted us to inquire more from his acquaintances. He looked much tormented and cut the demeanor of a man who has fallen on hard time.
It was thus disclosed that he is these days very frustrated and feels he has politically been abused by people he took to be genuine political allies. “He was approached by Musevenists along the way who extracted concessions to torn down on his pro-JPAM rhetoric on social media.
The deal was State House would back his bid for EALA which never materialized and by that time his modest stationary business in Ntinda was no more. That explains his current predicament,” knowledgeable sources said of Sebuguzi who was otherwise a very intelligent young man.
