Dear Compatriots, I must apologize for having been in the “kamori”!
I am however happy that you have all maintained the inquisitive minds searching for answers not only about the future of our motherland Uganda but about the entire African continent and how Africa can sell its DNA of a peaceful World to other members of the human race.
We come out and blame leadership. But I think we are all culpable.
First of all, the leaders find themselves in a net created by the colonizers. The net they are in is the same net where we ourselves also find ourselves.
I will attempt to take you through a process of the way we were colonized and what institutions did the colonizers use to subdue us.
And what system, did they give us as they were leaving us to rule ourselves.
First of all across the entire Africa, they used private companies to colonize us! The issue of a British Monarchy came in as you make bread and add icing sugar on the cake.
What rule’s Britain, the USA, Germany, are private companies owned by their nationals. All their resources, be it land, minerals, etc are all held under the private sector business corporation.
The first leadership they seek for are capable brains to manage the private sector corporations they have. The share holders in these private corporations come from different political parties, religious institutions, etc.
The Management of their resources and indeed their economy is Supreme. The issue of political parties is merely secondary.
The business corporations that maintain their economy and the well being of their communities is the most paramount. Let us find out why is the Bank of England a private business corporation? This is the same for the USA, Canada, and many more economies including South Africa!!
Imagine your land has gold reserves worth USD31.00 trillion. We find that the land lord is denied a stake in this gold shareholding ownership equation!
However , the so called investor who brings a refinery worth only USD1,000,000.00 is made the owner of the gold worth USD31.00 trillion 
He is then given tax holidays as he colonizes our national gold reserves and exploits us to the Murrow.

We must first create a national private corporation knowing that gold belongs to Ugandans. Therefore we must formulate clear regulations that ensure that we must maximize the benefits to Ugandans.
Let us look at the gold reserves valued at the USD31.00 trillion owned by Uganda Gold Private Corporation owned entirely by Ugandan people versus the refinery equipment and mining equipment etc , all valued at USD5.00 billion as brought into Uganda by the foreign
called Chianti ! All this is hypothetical.
Once the Uganda Gold Private Corporation which has brought a resource worth USD31.00 trillion goes into say a joint venture with Chianti a foreign company which has contributed equipment worth USD 5.00 billion ; it is clear the Ugandan people owned private corporation that owns the gold should get more than 80 percent of shareholding within the SPV called the BUSIA Gold Corporation of UGANDA . But what happens to day. We still talk about loyalties, tax holidays which tie our hands.
We must first unite and safeguard our resources by forming corporations. These corporations will become the shareholders in the Reserve Bank of Uganda/ Bank of Uganda.
They will form the deeper state which President Barack Obama talked about that could not allow him make certain decisions.
African countries are completely naked . They are un protected because we follow the instructions that were formulated by the colonizers to continue and keep us impoverished.
They did it like that, So that they finally exterminate us like they did to the red indians of North America and the Aborigines of Australia and New Zealand.
