This past week has apparently been a hard one for Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) Executive Director Andrew Seguya. Reliable family sources say he spent much of the week revising for the tough interviews he will be facing this coming week at the ministry of public service where a panel of very eminent persons has been constituted. Seguya, who has revitalized UWA from a moribund to the very vibrant and scandal-free organization it is today, faces seven (7) others. Most of these are guys who have previously worked at UWA and they now believe they have grown thick enough balls to challenge their former boss and mentor. Insiders say it’s going to be really tough for Seguya because since leaving UWA, some of these guys have been training and getting exposure globally and they appear now more suited than him. There will be three sets of interviews; two written and one oral and Seguya needs prayers to win at all these levels and be able to keep his job. We pray for him on top of saying may the best candidate win?
