She says determining qualifications for Presidential Candidates doesn’t amount to altering basic structure of the Constitution. So changing age limit didn’t require the people. MPs acted properly within their powers. She also says speaker rightly amended order paper to add discussion on Magyezi bill on order paper since she has powers to do so. She also says blocking public from parliament as MPs debated was okay as long as MPs who are mandated to amend the law weren’t blocked from proceedings. She also demands evidence that any MPs were blocked from proceedings. She also says MPs, like Nambooze, who say were beaten & tortured by the military should seek remedy in high court under article 50 for enforcement of their rights.
