Via their social media platforms, Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) on Thursday announced change of guard at their Communications Department.
The public notice that was published by management, flagged as “New Appointment,” indicated that Ms. Charity Nyamungu had been appointed the new Manager Corporate and Public Affairs (CPA) following approval by the PPDA Board under Board Minute 328/9.
“We congratulate Charity on her appointment and wish her success as she takes on this role in advancing the Authority’s corporate communication and public engagement efforts,” management stated about the young corporate who has been at PPDA, working under the Communications Department, for almost 10 years.
Mulengera News understands that being well-possessed with all the relevant qualifications and experience made Charity Nyamungu the perfect choice with no comparison, hence the prudence of the Board decision to effect a substantive appointment in her favour. She had served under Managers Mr. Magoba and Ms Sylivia Kirabo before him.
