Dr Aisha Ruth Kasolo Biyinzika, the GROW Project Coordinator and a senior manager at Private Sector Foundation of Uganda (PSFU), has sparked wide discussion online after sharing a strong message to young women on TikTok, urging them to stop aging themselves through stress and poor lifestyle choices.

Dr Aisha Ruth Kasolo Biyinzika is well known for looking classy and elegant in her TikTok videos.
She encouraged young women to change how they see themselves and how they live their lives. According to her, many are putting themselves under unnecessary stress and surrounding themselves with friends who bring negativity instead of growth. She advised them to distance themselves from environments filled with gossip and bad news.
Dr Aisha also spoke about personal appearance, stressing that dressing poorly can affect how a woman feels and how she is seen. She urged young ladies to improve their dressing styles while still maintaining dignity and self-respect as women.
In her message, she emphasized the importance of self-worth and self-care. She encouraged women to embrace their beauty, value themselves, and make choices that reflect confidence and purpose. She noted that lifestyle habits, including diet and social behavior, play a major role in how young women look and feel.
The video quickly gained attention on social media, with many viewers praising her for delivering what they described as a wake-up call. Some young women said the message inspired them to focus more on personal growth and self-care.
Others, however, felt the message was too blunt, saying people should be free to live their lives as they choose. Despite the mixed reactions, the video continues to circulate widely, fueling conversations about confidence, aging, and modern womanhood.
Dr Aisha’s overall message focused on encouraging young women to appreciate their youth, reduce stress, make positive lifestyle changes, and carry themselves with pride and confidence.
