A youthful male minister in Museveni’s government, who is also an MP representing a constituency in one of the districts surrounding Kampala, has been caught having sex inside his car in a small narrow road leading to people’s homes that side of Naalya. The incident happened recently at 3am when the Minister’s mischievous act caused neighbors to wake up to find out what was causing endless ecstatic wailing of a lady who sounded like she was being raped by kifeesi goons. The ill-fated Minister had just left his favorite hangout called BARBER RISE in Naalya which he always frequents for evening drinks in the company of fellow politicians like Mbarara Municipality MP Micheal Tusime, Rakai woman MP Kinyamattama and Peter Ogwang.
Our very reliable sources say the trio hadn’t joined the minister for the drink that day and this prompted him to ring a female friend who came and stayed with him for the rest of the evening. “They really had a good time and by the time they left all the other patrons had long gone and they kept caressing and whispering sweet nothings into their ears,” said a source working at the bar. As he drove to drop his female friend, whose husband we established lives and works abroad, the Minister stopped in the middle of the small/one lane road and bent one of the car seats and the adult games started. “One of his feet was stuck on the break peddle and this had an effect on the battery.
By the time they finished the bonking session, the vehicle couldn’t start because the battery was down. Then he accidentally hooted and this alerted askaris guarding nearby residences and that is how he was caught red handed with a lady we all know is married in the middle of the night.
