Ps Robert Kayanja has written to city lawyer Radislaus Rwakafuzi showing readiness to refund the Shs500,000 that his organization Version 86 Youth for Transformation of Uganda collected from multiple groups of young people. Through his lawyers of Katende Sempebwa, Kayanja explains that the Shs500,000 that each group paid was meant for training the youths in developing business plans, formation and management of SACCOs. As to the rest of the money and benefits the youths expected, Kayanja says Rwakafuzi should engage with the President because it was his government and not Kayanja that had promised that start up capital to the youths groups.
