William Hendrix, a wealthy German citizen who years back came to have fun and invest in Uganda, has bitterly fallen out with his Ugandan girl friend Justine Nantale. He accuses Nantale of conniving with state house bosses and President Museveni’s assistants affiliated to the Land Directorate of State House headed by Gertrude Njuba to deprive him of land property. Hendrix has many investments in Uganda including some of the best schools in Masaka where he founded and constructed William Hill Primary School located in Mukungwe.
Hendrix accuses Nantale of trying to sideline him and take over his school. He has since gone to court accusing Nantale and her State House accomplices of seeking to overcome him and subsequently take his estate. Hendrix’s employees running the school too had expelled Nantale and the chaos has greatly affected the school programs. Hendrix’s lawyer Godfrey Akakimpa accuses a one Judith Orama for misleading the top land directorate officials of State House in favor of her partner in crime Justine Nantale. He says Judith Orama has been so disruptive that some of the would-be witnesses aren’t attending court where the matter was filed thinking Orama can permanently shield them against court scrutiny. Masaka RDC Joe Walusimbi has been trying to mediate in the wrangle but his efforts haven’t been successful. Rogers Munaawa who runs the school on Hendrix’s behalf says there are already threats by Masaka district local government to take over the running of the school for the benefit of the students and their parents.
