Women empowerment advocate Dr. Aisha Ruth Kasolo Biyinzika has challenged young people to stop living without clear direction, warning that failure to make timely decisions is one of the biggest obstacles to success.
In her latest empowerment message, Dr. Kasolo said many people suffer because they take too long to decide what they want in life, where they want to go, and what they want to become. She noted that instead of focusing on one clear path, some youth keep moving from one idea to another without commitment.
According to her, many individuals jump from one business to another or keep changing plans without giving themselves time to grow. One day they are starting one project, the next day they are abandoning it for something new, leaving them confused and without progress.
Dr. Kasolo described this behaviour as “moving without direction,” saying it causes people to waste time and energy while others who stay focused continue to advance.
She encouraged young people to learn how to make decisions quickly and confidently about their lives. She explained that making firm choices helps individuals stay focused, build skills, and achieve meaningful results.
Using a strong metaphor, she warned that those who keep moving without purpose risk becoming like a bee — always busy and moving everywhere but without clear direction or lasting achievement.
Her message comes at a time when many young people face pressure to try many opportunities at once, especially in a fast-changing digital world. Dr. Kasolo emphasized that success requires commitment, patience, and consistency rather than constant change.
Through her empowerment messages, she continues to inspire youth to take control of their lives by making clear decisions and staying focused on their goals.
