In a move set to transform concert experiences, Airtel Money has officially partnered with Uganda’s Queen of Dancehall, Cinderella Sanyu (Cindy), to digitize ticket sales for her highly anticipated Royal Experience concert, slated for Friday, August 29, 2025, at Millennium Park, Lugogo.
The partnership allows fans to purchase tickets seamlessly through Airtel Money’s secure mobile platform, simplifying access and offering a more convenient, affordable option for Cindy’s supporters.
Speaking at the partnership launch in Kololo, Muzoora Kabuga, Head Merchant Pay at Airtel Money, highlighted the company’s dedication to easing fan access while unveiling an exclusive promotion.
“We are proud to partner with Cindy, an artist who has inspired and entertained so many Ugandans. Cindy Sanyu expressed her excitement for the collaboration, emphasizing the ease it brings her fans in attending what she promises will be a legendary show.

Spice Diana presented flowers to Cindy, praising her mentorship and inspiration within the Ugandan music scene.
“Cindy is a name for all of us, she’s that one person we looked up to while starting our careers. I like her because she’s real and I’ve learnt that from her. She’s a straight person,” Spice said. She also purchased a table at the concert and encouraged her fans to support “the King herself.”
Phina Mugwerwa, popularly known as Masanyalaze, lauded Cindy for her enduring talent, noting that her songs remain timeless.
