They say, “A good turn deserves another.” Housing Finance Bank (HFB) showed this spirit by hosting a special Iftar dinner at Hotel Africana.
The event was a warm gesture to appreciate its Muslim staff and customers for their continued trust and support.
The dinner brought together customers, HFB staff from all branches, religious leaders, and prominent business figures. Everyone shared a delicious meal, reflecting the unity and gratitude of Ramadan.
Peace Ayebazibwe, the Executive Director of HFB, thanked the Muslim community for their loyalty. “This Iftar dinner is our way of appreciating their contributions to the bank,” she said.
Beyond just a meal, the gathering strengthened the bond between the bank and the community. Dr. Shafik Mujabi from MUBS praised HFB for supporting ethical standards and sustainability efforts.

The bank also donated UGX 8 million to help Maganjo UMEA Primary School and Kadugala S.S, set up clean water facilities.
The guests expressed their gratitude, reinforcing the strong relationship between HFB and the Muslim community.
