President Museveni has released a list of new judges for both High Court and Court of Appeal. On the list is LDC long serving lecturer and author Musa Sekana becoming High Court Judge. His former LDC boss the soft spoken Night Tuhaise Percy too is on the list having been elevated from High Court to Court of Appeal.
